I am looking for someone who will take over my flat mate’s tenancy until 10th January with the possibility to stay on.

The spare room comes with a double bed and has beautiful canal views.

The apartment is positioned on the fifth floor in the Milliners Wharf development which is located next to New Islington tram stop. The apartment is located within a fifteen minute walk to Piccadilly train station. Milliners Wharf offers a concierge service and the complex is located along the banks of the Ashton Canal.

The apartment consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a balcony leading off the lounge as you can see in pictures attached. The balcony has canal views and the modern fully fitted kitchen has integrated appliances. The apartment has two bedrooms and you will have your own bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and will become available on 29th June.

About me: I am a professional male who is currently working from home. I am a tidy, friendly, respectful and courteous person and I would like a flatmate that's the same. In my free time I enjoy reading, exercising and cooking.

The tenancy is subject to referencing which is conducted by the letting agency.
