I have a bright, good sized, fully furnished double bedroom in a two bed flat share in New Islington. The flat has a large open plan shared kitchen/dining/living room with Juliet balcony and you will have use of your own large bathroom with a bath (my room is ensuite) Bills are approximately £200pcm per person.

My current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner.

The flat is very well located, with New Islington tram stop across the road. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station, less than 5 minutes to New Islington Marina and Ancoats with some great bars and restaurants. Urban Exchange is only a 10 minute walk away, offering Aldi and Pure Gym and the NQ is less than a 15 minutes walk away. There's also an Asda 2 stops away on the tram.

A bit about me. I'm Stewart, I'm 40 and I'm a newly qualified therapist. I'm in the process of setting up my own practice and I also work in a restaurant. I tend to be quite low-key when I’m home, cooking and occasionally enjoying a glass of wine in front of the tv in an evening. I do enjoy the odd night out but my party days are behind me.

I don't smoke and would prefer to share with a non-smoker but as we have the balcony it's not an issue if you do.
