Stunning big double ensuite room - Ancoats

Looking for a tenant to take over my room as I will be moving out.

I am only moving out due to work commitments and having to move down south but would love to stay otherwise! I’ll be very sad to leave. You would be moving into such a great place!

Looking for someone kind and respectful to move into this beautiful newly renovated and decorated 3 floor apartment share. The house is fully furnished to a high end standard.

The room available has a stunning ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks. There are bluetooth speakers built into the bathroom mirrors, which makes for fun showers/baths and great for getting ready!

The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom. Lots of space with fitted wardrobes and a king sized bed (photos don’t show it but there is a new mattress on the bed).

The property is split over 3 floors so it doesn’t feel cramped / like you are creeping around on top of each other. You can choose to socialise or have plenty of your own space.

The photos don’t show a TV but there is now a TV mounted on the media wall in the living room but you will need your own tv for the bedroom if you want one in there. There is a wall mount ready in the bedroom for a TV.

The two other girls who live here currently (24 and 25) are both so lovely and easy to get along with and you will deff make friends for life living with them and not just housemates. It’s a very positive and happy atmosphere in the home.

The landlord (33) lives next door with his partner and two friends and is also lovely, so you will have a great landlord and neighbours and hopefully friends.

There is parking available for up to 3 cars (the two other girls have their cars parked here currently).

The rent is £1100 per month and the deposit is £1000.

All bills included. Broadband is extra but less than £10 per month.
