I'm looking for a replacement for my tenancy in a spacious 2 bedroom flat on the second floor in an apartment block. The flat has 2 large double bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is also a storage cupboard for suitcases and storage boxes.

The bedroom has a double bed, a medium size wardrobe, and a large desk. Large window for maximum daylight. The second bedroom is currently unoccupied.

Living room has a dining table set and sofa. Rent is £600 excluding bills and council tax. Bills are approximately £70 per person per month, subject to usage. Council tax is Band B, Manchester City Council rate.

Access to the apartment is via a communal space with key and intercom controlled access.

It is located approx. 10 minute walk from University of Manchester buildings. The 192 bus (3-minute walk from flat) takes 5 minutes to Picadilly station and 10 minutes to Picadilly Gardens.
