Shared with 2 other young professionals who are clean, quiet and considerate. The room is large with a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage. A work desk and chair is also now included in the room but not pictured.

It's a very spacious house with this master bedroom feeling private as it is on it's own separate floor.
There's a small garden with seating to the rear of the house. Also the spare 4th bedroom in the house isn't rented out so can be used by the housemates within reason.

250 meg superfast fibre internet.
50 inch Panasonic smart TV in lounge.

Kitchen contains plenty of storage space and cooking equipment for all. Fitted with Samsung American style fridge/freezer (with ice machine) and Samsung washing machine.

Parking available on communal car park at rear of house.

Young professionals or post grad students preferred.

The house has excellent transport links in to the centre of Manchester - 20 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Less than 10 minutes walk to the MRI hospital and university. There is also a main bus route next to the house with buses going in to the city centre every 5 minutes.
