Double room to rent

Hey :),

I have been renovating my house in Astley and i'm looking for a housemate now that ive nearly finished! I would like a professional working similar hours to myself (mon-fri 9-5). I'm 25 and work within the NHS. I'm easy going and I'm not in the house that much. Theres on street parking, living room, dining room (soon to be second living room), extended kitchen at the back, three bedrooms and one bathroom. I live opposite the direct bus link to manchester (its 4 pounds return on the bus to the city centre which is pretty handy). Its 375 all included - thats for the double room, broadband, sky, netflix, etc). I have priced it fairly cheap as I'm still working on the bathroom/dining room on weekends. I prefer to chill and go to the gym in the week and always up for a few drinks on a weekend.
