This room is ideally suited for home or international student studying for up to 6 months maximum stay in Manchester. It is clean, warm and welcoming double room located in a quiet home and neighbourhood in Baguley, off Altrincham Road, a few yards from Wythenshawe Park excellent for running, tennis, cycling and other exercises. The room is available to rent includes bills. It is fully furnished with a computer desk and chair and beddings and towels available. There are two toilets with a shared shower and a large back garden, communal lounge, dinning room, kitchen and once a week laundry facility.

** Please note excessive cooking is not permitted. Pork meat is not allowed in the house.

The room is approximately 10mins to Manchester Airport, Wythenshawe Teaching Hospital, Virgin Media, Sharston Industrial park and or other large companies in the area.

There are supermarkets within walking distance and nearby are Northenden, Sale, Altrincham and Wythenshawe town centres with array of shops, including supermarkets and eateries.

The 101 bus from Hall Lane is a 3 minutes walk from the house, takes you to Piccadilly Manchester City Centre where you will find the National Train and National Coach Stations. The bus is quite regular and frequent.

Besides the 101 bus, there is a Metro tram - about 15 minutes walk - that takes you to the airport, city centre and other destinations.

I have the North, South, East and West motorways network access on my doorstep including the M56/M60!
