Looking for chilled, friendly housemate!

Double room available from mid September in creative, friendly LGBT houseshare, with one other person (me) My current housemate has had to move back home to Leicester so looking for someone to share this fantastic place with.

*Good size double room, with additional storage available in small third bedroom I don't really use.
*Off street parking
*Huge garden (admittedly the weeds have gone bonkers recently, we get a lot of nature... Saw a fox on the shed roof the other morning. Also, frogs in the pond!)
*Large sitting room (currently more a gym/yoga room due to lockdown)
*Good size kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer
*Upstairs and downstairs toilet
*4mins walk from Benchill tram, 15min to airport, 6min to hospital, or 43 bus into centre
*3mins walk from asda
*All double glazed, central heating
*All bills included
*Virgin media broadband

I don't have a lot of furniture- most of it is my current housemate's- so there'll be a lot of space in the communal areas. I'll post photos of the actual room soon, when we've had chance to organise it a bit- It will be totally empty once vacated.

I'm told I'm a respectful, considerate housemate, which is good I guess! I work mon-fri at the hospital so understand early mornings...

There is potentially some flexibility to the moving-in date. A cat and a dog have previously lived here so pets are no problem as long as they don't eat the house. I sub-let, the landlords are lovely people and are very swift with repairs etc. No deposit needed, just the first month upfront, but you'll have a proper tenancy agreement, of course.
