Bills are not included. They come to around £95 PCM, depending on usage. We have superfast broadband.
This would suit a friendly, clean & tidy, responsible professional or mature student. Sorry, but not suitable for couples, or party animals and nymphomaniacs addicted to Grindr/Tinder.
The other housemate works in finance, and I’m self-employed, working in Learning & Development; mostly from home. I enjoy the outdoors, road cycling, surfing, hiking, baking, and eating cake! LGBT+.
