I have a double room to let.(which has been recently redecorated and carpeted!)

There is no problem with parking .
Huge gardens and two patio areas to the rear.
I Also have a smaller single room to rent at a reduced rate .

This really is a nice home to live in.
All i ask is you treat my home with respect and enjoy the house as if it was your own home.

The second living room is a real bonus as sometimes we all need our own space which is fine.
I am looking for someone who i would get along with and hopefully become good friends.

Horwich is a large village which has a good selection of Pubs, restaurants and shops all within walking distance, it also has good transport links to either Bolton or Manchester with Horwich Parkway train station 5 mins away by car, and easy access to the motorway network again 5 mins from location.

The country side is right on the door step if you like walking, mountain biking and the outdoor life.
