Spare Bedroom on New Estate with Garden & Parking

Just seeing if any interest - recently bought my own house but have a spare room at the minute so maybe looking for a housemate short term.

I’m a 23-year-old working from home, so I’m around most of the time but keep things pretty quiet. I’m into all sorts whether it’s a chill, a J or a drink. The house is fully furnished, cozy, and home to a chill cat who’s super friendly. There’s a decent-sized back garden perfect for relaxing, plus fast WiFi for all your streaming or work-from-home needs. Located in a peaceful new build estate, the house has two driveway spaces for parking.

The available room is Bedroom 1 (pictured). We can discuss bills and come to a fair arrangement. If you’re looking for a laid-back place to call home for a few months, this could be a great fit!

Preferably looking for somebody with similar interests and of a professional background or a student🕺🏼

Not pets or noisy people. Don’t mind smokers as long as it’s outside
