My name is Rachel and my partner is called Matthew. We are young professionals who have been together 5 years. Matthew is a joiner who can occasionally work weekends and I am a paralegal also attending university weekends.

We are looking for another young professional to share our house. We have lived here 3 years and we have just finished decorating the final room in the house.

The room you will accommodate is a double bedroom which has also been recently decorated. The bedroom includes a set of drawers with access to shared dressing room if extra room required. The bathroom is shared but we both leave the house early and return around 6pm at night. We can offer you your own fridge and freezer in the kitchen and your own cupboard. There is also room for off road parking at the back of the house.

There is a garden out back with seating, the bathroom is shared and includes a shower as well as a bath.

We are situated a 10 minute walk from a bus route that goes to the centre of Manchester and 30 minute walk to the nearest train station. We Are close to shops for food etc.
