Professional houseshare finished to an excellent standard with 2 newly refurbished double rooms available. Located in Boothstown with easy transport links to major road/rail networks. Cycle route runs out through Media City and on into the City Centre. On street parking together with one unreserved space available on the shared drive .

Each double bedroom is fully furnished in a bright, modern style and includes a double bed , chest of drawers, clothes rack, side table, lamp, mirror, picture frame and lockable door. There is a large family bathroom for sole shared use of the two rented rooms. As this bathroom is shared we are looking for a female tenant.

The rest of the house features a spacious communal lounge and kitchen, as well as large utility room with communal use of washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven and hob, fridge freezer (available to share between the two tenants), microwave, kettle, four-seater table, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. The lounge features a 40-inch TV (with Roku, Netflix, and Amazon Prime), 2 two-seater sofas and a six-seater dining table. The property also has a two-tiered patio as well as a regularly maintained large tiered garden with patio furniture.

All bills are included including broadband, gas, electric, water, council tax and TV license.
