We have a very attractive double room available in a 3 bedroomed new build house.

***THE AREA*** The house is situated on a side road off the main A56 Manchester Road in Broadheath, Altrincham. Its a short walk to Altrincham Town Centre, which has a good selection of shops and markets. There is a well stocked 7-11 convenience store around the corner, with takeaways too. There is a 24hr Tesco's and Sainsburys in Altrincham too. There are bus stops just round the corner going into Altrincham, Sale and Manchester. Also the Navigation Road tram stop is a 5/10 min walk from the house. There are plenty of on road parking spots on our road and the surrounding streets. Ideal for easy access to the main motorways.

***THE ROOM*** The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin. The room is a good double size, neutrally decorated and carpeted.

***THE HOUSE/FACILITIES*** Downstairs, there is a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large TV and wireless broadband internet. There is laminate flooring/ceramic tiling throughout the downstairs of the property. There is also an additional WC downstairs. It is fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout. There is an under stairs cupboard for additional storage. We also have a small back garden with paved area and a lawn.

***ABOUT US*** The current housemates are, Gaz, a 35 year old working in design engineering and Andar a 21 year old working in retail. Gaz is into his computers, watching films and going out for food, he has a 9 year old son who is very quiet and well behaved, he visits here every other weekend. Andar is into music, meeting up with friends etc. Both housemates are very considerate of others and actively ensure they do their fair share of the housework.

***ABOUT YOU*** Looking for someone in secure employment. Someone who can muck in with the cleaning and tidying to keep the house looking nice. Looking for someone sociable who would become a mate rather than just a housemate.
