Double Room in Three Story Town House.

Located in a leafy green part of Kersal.
A small, but comfortable double room.

I have a loft bed in situ, with the idea to build a wardrobe and drawers underneath. But looking to get confirmation of a house mate before I build.

I’ve been living here for 6months alone, I work from home in medical sales. I would like some company around the house and someone that shares similar interests.

Ideally you would be working in the city, as there’s not enough space to put a desk in the room. But we can look at taking the pool table out for a WFH set up.

You would effectively have a lovely en suite as I have my own bathroom.

There’s also some amazing views of Manchester from the living room windows. A range cooker in the kitchen and plenty of cupboard space!

The upstairs has just got fresh, thick, carpets. So feels homely.

Can send more pictures, but would certainly want to share a beer prior to letting out the room.
