Double room in a beautiful house

This is a lovely newly refurbished house to a high standard, including all mod cons, and lacks nothing to live in comfort, it is impeccably clean.

Both rooms are double rooms with plenty of cupboard space. Bedside chests with lights and double sockets can work from the room or the large dining room as it is a nice quiet house.

The beds are new to a high spec (geltec) and include feather duvets and pillows that will give most people a good night's sleep, you won't want to get out haha.

The house is kept clean and tidy and would like the same respect, please.

I live here with Lilly my cat ( a Toyger) she loves everyone when she knows you and is well trained and no trouble. I am very sociable but respect people's privacy run my own businesses and love to visit the hills whenever I can, my passions are cooking and restoring classic cars.

There is plenty of room with a stunning kitchen and breakfast bar. You can be as private or friendly as you like.

The lounge is comfortable with a large tv and a music system.

Lovely dining room and there are a few plants dotted around I try to keep alive.

All the mod cons.

Lovely private suntrap garden with plenty of furniture and a bbq, even a vegtruc.

Plenty of on-street parking and friendly neighbours.

No smoking and tidy respectful professionals preferably please as this is a nice clean house with no drama.
All bills included good wifi.
Bus around the corner 60 a month and room for a bike.

Lots of local pubs/ wine bars and takeaways all in walking distance and a nice brook at the back.

Lots of lovely walks around with great access to M6 and the countryside, Trafford Centre 10 minutes.
