I have 1 double bedroom available to rent with your own bathroom on the 25th Floor of a highly sought after corner apartment within a brand new luxury development. There are floor to ceiling windows all around an open plan living area (with a breakfast bar) providing panoramic views over Manchester. This apartment has a North-West aspect overlooking Deansgate-Castlefield. The room is available now!

The apartment comes fully furnished (my own furniture). The bedroom comes with a Kingsize bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, floor to ceiling windows and fully fitted wardrobes. You have your own large bathroom which has a full size bath and extra large rainfall shower.

Although the room comes furnished, the furniture can be negotiated to either be removed or sold to accommodate your own.

1 months rent will be held on deposit and is due on the day you move in. All bills are included in the rent. These include:
Council Tax
Electric only (No Gas)
Water
Virgin Broadband - Includes access to NowTV, Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, BT Sport
Parking is available but at an additional cost of £150 per month

The living area is open plan. The kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a large fridge/freezer, induction hob, double oven, dishwasher and there's even a wine fridge!

The location is perfect for getting around Manchester. Deansgate-Castlefield Tram stop is a 3 minute walk, as is Deansgate mainland train station. There are buses that stop nearby too. Spinningfileds is a 10 min walk away, with the Arndale shopping centre only 15 mins away. Sainsburys/Tescos, are a 5 min walk away too. As well as a nearby Cinema (Odeon) there are loads of cafes/bars/restaurants

So, a bit about me. I'm fairly new to Manchester. I work as a Business Analyst for a Bank within Piccadilly Gardens. I am a hard-working, respectful individual who likes to keep the flat clean and tidy, I like watching documentaries, box sets and movies and watching sport (Football, Formula 1 and Rugby mainly) . As detailed above I have all the main streaming services. I even have a set of CDJ's, so it would be good if you have a passion for music too.

I'm looking for similar minded individuals - can be male or female - who like to mostly chill through the week with nice food and drink, watch a good documentary or box set and who would be up for doing some random stuff at the weekends.
