The room that's available is a lovely room comprising of a double bed, wardrobe and and chest of drawers. As well as a mirror. Its a light and spacious room with room to add your own personal touches. I'm needing to leave due to personal things and able to move anytime.

Located a short walk from the canals in Castlefield. The flat comprises of a shared living area, large kitchen and newly fitted bathroom. The flat also comes with a balcony, which is a god send in summer.

There is also an abundance of storage in the place as a whole. So you will definitely be able to make it a real home.
Bills aren't included but come to £100-150 (depending on seasons) and there is also a parking space in a secure locked basement that can be rented out as well.

Big Sainsburys is a short 10 minute walk away alongside a gym and a boots and then a quick 2 minute walk away from bars/pubs like Alberts Shed and The Wharf.

You will be sharing the main spaces and bathroom with Sophie. She does work from home some days but with covid rules lifting, she does some days in the office. She enjoys relaxing watching netflix and police dramas, as well as having a wine and a takeaway.
