The flat: 1 double bedroom apartment with access to own bathroom (not an en-suite - but as the other bedroom is an ensuite, access to this bathroom will only be for 1 person). Ample amount of space in the bedroom with 1 wardrobe cupboard and cabient space. Window view overlooks the city.
The sharing living room has access to a private balcony, from the 15th floor, it is some view - overseeing both Salford and Manchester, great space for BBQ's and chilling out.
The living space / dining space / kitchen has ample amount of space for socialising and kicking back. Foodie? No problem... as you can see, there's alot of space to cook and store pots and pans. The living room does come furnished, so no need to worry about that.

The price is only for rent - bills come to around £100-£125pcm (inc council tax, water, electric and broadband etc)

Current flatmate (written by flatmate that's moving out): young professinal guy, works 9-6 Monday to Friday. Really easy to live with (literally), new to the city - so is down to explore it on the weekends. Enjoys a catch up and would appreicate if the new flatmate does like to socalise and do stuff together, however, does appreicate eachothers space.
