Double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat in Castlefield!

Flat has spacious living room, kitchen, two balconies over looking the river, two bathrooms (you will have use of main bathroom in the picture) and parking spaces are usually available to rent from another tenant if needed. Bedroom comes with double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and desk.

Looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates 🫶🏼. I’m always up for doing things at the weekends! Weekdays I usually just gym and chill in the evenings but up for occasional walks, dinners together etc. too. I’m sociable but do also like my own space.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t often work from home and who is clean and tidy as I don’t like a messy flat.

The flat is currently available for 6 months until July.

Bills will come to around £150 per month including council tax.
