Double Room available in Castlefield

Hi, I have a lovely bright flat in central Manchester with a room available now. It is located in Castlefield, right on the canal, a 10 min walk to Deansgate - Castlefield station and a 10 min walk to Cornbrook station.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is on the corner of the building looking down the canal. There are 2 balconies and a large communal garden and allotment and a gorgeous view. There are 2 bathrooms, so the bathroom in the photo is all yours, as is the wardrobe in the photo. There is also the possibility of a parking space at an additional cost.

I’m looking for a friendly, responsible and respectful person to move in around 1st November. (Pets are welcome within reason)

I work in marketing in town 4 days a week with long hours and am away most weekends. I am clean, friendly, love plants, animals and cooking/baking and reading, as well as a night in, not really a drinker so if you’re looking for a party, this might not be up your street.
