The flat is an unfurnished property, with a huge living room and doors leading directly onto the building's shared gardens. The kitchen and living room are shared communal spaces and have already been furnished by us.
The flat is a short walk away from both Cornbrook and Deansgate-Castlefield tram stops.
All the bills are already set up - electricity, water, internet, council tax (band F) etc. We split them equally.
About us-
We are two young professionals, a civil servant and a bar manager.
We are very clean and tidy, and love to cook.
