Double Room for rent in castlefield bills included

Hi, I have a fully Furnished Double room for rent in Castlefield, 10 min walk from Deansgate Station.

Double room is furnished with New bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside draws.

Apartment has new installed Bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen is also fully furnished. Apartment has washing machine / Dryer.

All bills are included in the rent (water, electric, council tax, hyperoptic internet).

There is a underground carpark, and other residents do rent out parking spots, so that opportunity is there.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful and considerate and willing to contribute to look after the place whild here. I work in finance so work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. I have lived in the city centre (castlefield / Ancoats) with guys and girls, so I am use to living with different people.

I enjoy keeping fit, socializing. I also am happy giving someone their own space and privacy aswell.
