Castlefield En-Suite Double Room - Female Preferred

I am moving out of my two bedroom flat and looking for someone to fill it!
The flat is a double room, with its own bathroom (this isn’t an en-suite but next door to the bedroom and is only for this bedroom). The bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Bathroom is a bath-shower:) living room and kitchen is shared, appliances and furniture is already here so no need to worry about that! The flat also has a balcony and a gorgeous view of the canal that goes towards media city.
You will be living with my current flatmate, Anya. She is 25, young professional who is extremely friendly and sociable. She respects both having their own space also. Hopefully you will be able to meet Anya however due to the quick move in date, I am also doing viewings! However, if you get on with me, you’ll more than likely get on with her!:)
Females preferred.
Would need someone who is quick in the process of paperwork due to the flat being available in 2 weeks. Please message as I can do viewings asap!
