It’s a furnished 3 bed modern, all girl flat with a sunny balcony overlooking the canal ☀️☀️ Each person has their own toilet, you will just be sharing the shower room with one of the other girls.

The rent is £531 a month, with bills usually an additional £130!

The building is very friendly with regular events thrown. At Halloween and Easter treats are left out for residents (including pets) and at Christmas and summer food and drink trucks are hired with live music all for free. There are parcel lockers for deliveries & an office on site for any maintenance needs or questions. Quick walks to deansgate/spinningfields or 10 min walk to Cornbrook tram stop. Tesco Express/Co-Op or big Sainsburys just 10 min walk away.

You'll be living with Mae and Rhiannon, both in their late 20s, full time professional workers. Ideally looking for someone professional, 26-32 in age.

Mae has been here for two years now and Rhiannon moved in over a year ago. We like to go for the occasional drink or to watch quality TV like the traitors together but also respect each others space.
