The room available is a double on the ground floor of our mid-terrace. It is furnished with double bed, cupboard, a desk and curtains. Rent is £295pcm.

Bills are separate and range from £70pcm in summer to about £115pcm in winter. There is a deposit of £370, returnable at the end of the tenancy. The cleanliness of the house is average. We are all very independent but like to have a coffee together and often hang out while cooking meals. One or two of us are into yoga, meditation and vegan activism. We'd prefer someone in their late 20s to early 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered. Must be in full-time employment or full time Student with full Student Allowance.
