Modern, three bed townhouse with shared study

Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to move into the house I’m currently renting. It is going to be rented through an agent with a 6 month tenancy agreement as a whole property.

The house is right in between Chorlton and West Didsbury, 10 minute walk to both, 4 min walk to Barlow Moor Road tram stop and 10 min walk to St Werburgh tram stop. It is in a lovely, quiet estate with other professionals living in the area.

It is a beautifully decorated, modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and furnished house with parking right outside the door and a private parking space behind the property we can easily share. The 3rd bedroom is communal space and is used as an office and there is a downstairs toilet. You would have a double room and the main bathroom.

The kitchen comes with American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster and cooker.

The living room has a 6-seater dining table with chairs, sofa, TV and large coffee table.

The double room has a double wardrobe with a mirror, large chest of draws and a double bed with space underneath for storage. Main bathroom has bath with shower overhead, toilet and sink.

Additional storage: there is a large cupboard under the stairs, which we can share.

I work quite long days, but try to fit in socialising and gyming through the week so I am looking for someone who is living a similar lifestyle where we can have our own space but also go for a pizza or a cocktail every so often. I am clean and organised, so would also want a respectful housemate particularly in the shared spaced.

Bills: we would need to set up internet, gas, water, electricity and council tax together.

Able to start before 30th Jan 2019 if need be, just ask.
