Double Room in friendly Chorlton house

We are 3 guys looking for someone to fill the shoes of our wonderful current housemate who is moving on to pastures new. We're all in our 30s, like climbing, cycling (MTB and Road), football, Netflix, cooking, beers etc. We're a sociable house and go out for drinks when we can, bbq when the weather allows, and play the occasional board game while we can still tolerate each other. We're really relaxed and easy going, and get along great, which has been a godsend under lockdown, so we're looking for someone who will continue to be a great fit.

The house is 5 minutes walk from two tram stops and Morrisons, and no more than 10 from pretty much any bar, cafe, or independent shop in Chorlton.

The boring stuff. Bills are £90ish a month, so you'll be paying barely more than £400 a month to live pretty much in the middle of Chorlton, what a steal! (Don't steal though, we like our stuff!).
