We understand lockdown is here again and this will make viewings difficult but we can organise virtual viewings over video chat so we don’t break regulations. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes walk from the town centre, local parks, takeaways and necessary amenities. It offers a large driveway, a gardener and window cleaner on contract. Two parking spaces in front of the house along with a number on the driveway and a large back garden. The house is a 3 bed semi-detached, which is fully furnished with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and small bedroom ideal for storage and washing. The room includes a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and a chest of drawers. We have wifi, central heating, double glazed windows and the room has a wooden floor. The minimum tenancy is 6 months, the rent is £330 (pcm) and the bills equate to around £130 (pcm) each.
