Lovely flat within an Edwardian period property, it is located in the centre of trendy Chorlton, the most desirable area in Manchester. The flat has been refurbished this year to a high standard. 1 minute walk to the tram stop, bars, restaurants, and shops. 2 bedrooms but only 1 bedroom furnished. There is parking outside the flat.
I will leave it open that I could stay for the odd night per month, although this is unlikely so the large majority of your stay you will have the flat to yourself, for the price of a room in a shared house!

Please note that this is a short to medium term arrangement as I may need to move into the flat when I have sold my house in Derby. It usually takes 3-4 months for a sale to go through and the house currently has no offers on it.

Bills and internet included, but open to discussions on weekly renting.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and tidy individual, the apartment is SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY no couples or someone who wants there mates/partner staying over several nights a week, no subletting permitted.
