Lovely double bedroom available in a beautiful, homely but clean victorian house. There’s a west-facing courtyard garden; perfect for sipping a G&T in. The house situated on a very friendly street with a fantastic location for Beech road, Chorlton park and Chorlton centre. There are 3 different tram stops and the bus station within 5min walk. You can’t hear any of them from the house or garden.

On street parking available.

I’m easy going, work full-time, Monday to Friday in a nearby hospital. I enjoy travelling, walking, reading and cinema as well as going out with friends for food and drinks.

I co-own a friendly Patterdale terrier with my next door neighbour. He’s mainly here at weekends.


I’ve just finished getting an extension with bifold doors out on to the garden. Once the kitchen is installed I’ll post more up to date photos of the kitchen-diner.

Reduced rate available for Monday to Friday lets. There is the option of having the large front bedroom instead for slightly more money.
