Spare Room In Chorlton House

Myself and two flatmates are looking for a 4th person to move into the vacant room in our house. Our last flatmate had to move for a new job out of Manchester! The house is semi-detached and has a lovely paved back garden which is south-facing so gets a good amount of sun throughout the day. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with plenty of storage room for 4 people including 2 fridge-freezers. There is wooden flooring through the main areas of the house and the bedroom that is available to rent. The bedroom available to rent is a good sized double room furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and clothes rail. There is a large window in the room which is also south-facing so the room is nice and bright throughout the day. The bathroom is shared between 3 and there have been no scheduling clashes thus far! The bills are not included in the rent price but are roughly £80-100 per month. As for the current flatmates 2 have lived here since the start of December and I have lived here since July last year. We are aged 25-31 and have different careers! One of us is working in retail and currently on furlough, one is in the process of opening a bakery and I am working in the nhs so am out for most of the day mon-fri. Chorlton is a lovely area - lots of places for takeaway / cafes / restaurants when they are open. There are also a couple of parks within 5mins walking distance and the canal path is about 15mins walk.
