One month let of spacious Victorian family home

Family home on quiet cup de sac

We are looking for 1 person who would like to stay in our beautiful , characterful, much loved family home relatively cheaply for one month ( February) while we visit friends abroad (sharing it with an easy going woman.) . The house has two large light bedrooms - one with a desk and one with an extra large bed , a spacious but cosy sitting room with a log burner and a very light large kitchen / dining / sitting room There are two bathrooms - one with a bath and shower and an extra toilet. A friendly couple who help us manage the property live in a flat in the basement with a separate entrance and a very quiet lodger lives in a flat at the top of the house .

The house is on a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac only 4 mins walk to Chorlton metro . We would need tenants to be considerate of our Neighbours

There is a largish garden, a washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave , double sink etc

The house is fully furnished and decorated as a family home and we would need tenants who would look after it as it is very precious to us .
