Huge double room opposite Chorlton Metrolink

Hi, I'm Lucinda and I'm looking to fill my room! We're in the best location in Chorlton - literally opposite the Chorlton Metrolink stop and I'm looking for a friendly lady (preferably) to take my room and join my other two housemates.

The house is deceptively HUGE.
(I really can't stress this enough). We live just above the bars, although noise is not an issue, the house is serene, and it's been an old house at one point. We occupy the second and third floors and all the rooms are large and airy with high ceilings.

With working fireplaces in the kitchen and bathroom, and cosy furnishings, it's definitely one of a kind. I have lived here for a year and a half, and if I wasn't leaving Manchester, I'd be staying here for the foreseeable future. It's a great place.

We also have parking as the entrance to the flat is around the back of the bars.

The room is on the third floor (the other two are on the second and third) and you'll share, again, an insanely large bathroom with a free standing bath and shower with one other housemate. The room itself is large, light and fully furnished including a king sized bed and mattress. There's also two bed side tables, a wardrobe and a dresser.

About us? Well we're friendly professionals. Chloe is an admin at a recruitment consultancy Mon to Friday and Ashleigh is a mental health worker who works various shift patterns. Open to a student or professional as it works pretty well with everyone doing their own thing.

About you? We're looking for someone respectful, friendly and happy to live somewhere where you know your housemates, although we all need our privacy from time to time, so no worries if you just want to retreat to your room.

Rent is 385 pcm, and including bills it's 480ish pcm.

Room is available from November 10th when I move out.
