Double Room Chilled Two Bed Flat Chorlton

**The room is very close to being taken by someone who has viewed this morning (Saturday)**

Hi I’m looking for a female to rent the second bedroom of my flat on the chorlton boarder :) It will suit someone looking for a peaceful space.

The flat is ten minutes walk to Unicorn and four minutes to Firswood tram stop. Theres a large patio backing on to a communal garden, it’s a real plus to have this outdoor space especially this year! The flat was refurbished a couple of years ago so doesn’t “feel rented” all mod cons nice and new and we have gated car parking.

It’s a small building of 11 flats and we have a whats app group for us all, its a lovely place to live with a sense of community.

Its a double room with large built in wardrobe, a comfy double bed and a chest of drawers. As previous tenants have worked outside there’s not currently a desk in there but if you’re working from home I’m happy to get one.

I work from home part time for a music charity and teach yoga a couple of evenings a week (on zoom at the moment). I’ve also just started studying an Ayurvedic nutrition course online so am busy doing a bit of studying now for that too. I live a fairly quiet life (who doesn’t this year!)

I have two Guinea pigs (Huffle and Puff) who won’t bother you apart from the occasional squeak!

Ruth is moving in with her boyfriend so the moving date is really flexible, any weekend in November.

£500 all bills included (internet + Now TV). I would also consider Monday - Friday stays (if anyone is still doing that!)
