We have a lovely good sized furnished double room with lots of built in cupboards and an orthopaedic matress. This is available in a private, quiet part of our house (modern converted basement). Nice shower/bathroom adjacent, for this and neighbouring room only. We are a very friendly professional couple with a mature 18 year old, a 21 year old in uni holidays, and a cat, so are 'live-in landlords'. We have have rented out rooms for years and it works well.
We share the kitchen/washing machine but there is no shared living room.
Garden and wireless broadband.
Quiet road in centre of Chorlton, easy parking, good transport links (including tram) and a great area.
