Living Room

Hi there,

I'm moving out of my flat to move to Germany by the end of this month. So we're looking for someone to move in as soon as is appropriate.

The flat is a new(ish)ly renovated upstairs flat in a little sort of cul de sac shared with lots of other similar living situations. i. e. young professionals, couples etc. It's in a great location, as it's walking distance (or tram if you're lazy) to Chorlton. The flat is also right on the back of the tram line. Don't worry about noise though because my room is the one at the front of the house.

The bedroom is moderately sized and the living room is quite large and cozy. The kitchen is pretty modern looking and has one of those annoying posh convection hobs, but there's a dishwasher and a sizable fridge/freezer.

The ideal flatmate I'm looking for is someone who's just up for a laugh and doesn't take themselves too seriously. The two guys in the house now are honestly hilarious and it's sad to be leaving.
