We have a double bedroom that will be available May 1st. Located in the heart of Chorlton, it’s a two minute walk from the very popular Beech Road with it’s bars and coffee shops.

The property is fully furnished with a shared kitchen, bathrooms and a large lounge. To the front of the house, there’s a driveway space for two cars and to the rear, we have an ample garden with a lawn, outdoor seating, pear and apple trees.

The kitchen comes with all the usual : large fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and range cooker.

The lounge has large sofas, coffee table and a gas fire. The house has retained many of its original features including a fireplace (decorative) in almost every room in the house, coving, high ceilings, stripped wooden floor boards etc

The bedroom has a decorative Victorian fireplace, built in storage and window shutters. A recently refurbished bathroom is on the same floor.

Bills, fast wifi, weekly cleaner for the communal areas and off street parking included!
