Cosy double rooms in Chorlton semi-detached house

Two double rooms have become available from mid-January 2019 in our spacious Victorian semi-detached house, on a quiet residential street close to the centre of Chorlton and a short walk from the lovely Longford Park.

The house is nicely proportioned, and features a lovely light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining room (with dishwasher), original wood floorboards and bannisters, large front living room and South-facing back garden (ideal for hanging washing in the summer!). Bathroom is shared with 2 others.

You'll be sharing with two housemates. We're a considerate bunch, into cooking, enjoying the Chorlton and Manchester veggie food scene, and occasionally Scrabble. One of us is a doctor and one's a researcher.

Our landlord is easy-going and quick to respond. Bills come to around £75/month.
