I am moving out of this house in the near future so I am looking for someone to take my spot in this excellent communal house-share.

The property has a lot to like with regards to its size and proximity to everything that you need (not just the bars of Chorlton).
The house has a large living room and kitchen with all the usual amenities. The house comes fully furnished, but the landlord can be flexible adding or removing pieces.
There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms across 3 floors. There's a garden with patio furniture and further storage space in the cellar.
It is right by a tram stop/bus stop so its ideally situated to reach Didsbury, Deansgate, the Airport and the City Centre.
We are offering 1 of the double bedrooms - there will be a choice of a room, ranging between £250PCM - £320 PCM.

Everyone in the house is very sociable and the new housemate should be in a similar vein! We want a housemate who actively gets involved with house cooking, film nights and our weekend antics.
We all work full-time and tend to be quieter during the week, but typically up the ante during the weekends.
We are easy going and would want a housemate in a similar mind, as we often host friends in the week or at weekends. We'd equally welcome your friends round and be respectful of your lifestyle.
