Relaxed and happy house in heart of Chorlton!!

I am sadly moving on from this amazing house share in Chorlton after 2 years here :(

Ground floor double room is well maintained with an en-suite, there is also a cozy communal living area. The bed, mattress, large chest of drawers and wardrobe will be staying in the room.

Washer and dryer are in a large, clean kitchen with a separate dining area. There is a large garden to rear. No parking is allocated to the house but I've never had a problem finding a space on the street. Landlord is really efficient and any repairs are attended to immediately.

Rent is £272 per month. Bills are separate and tend to range between £35 - £50 per month. Wi-Fi also included.

All of the girls that already live here are lovely. Each have their own lives but it is always pleasant and nice to catch up when we see each other around the house (and have the occasional meal/drink).

It is not a partying house but friends are welcome etc. Each of the ladies are career focused and need their sleep :)

We ask for a respectful, clean (this is particularly important!) and fun woman who can carry on the tradition of Kensington Road being a charming house share. Looking for a professional female between ages of 27-33, preferably no students. Not to mention it is a stone throw away from all of the bars and public transport.
