We are looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bed house in Chorlton. The room is available from February 13th. Rent is 290 per month and a 300 deposit is needed. Bills range from about 50-80 a month depending on the time of year. The room is spacious and fully furnished with a built in wardrobe.
We are on the Whaley Range side of Chorlton, a 5 min walk from Firswood tram stop and a 10 min walk from Chorlton tram stop. Our local pubs are Font, Mary & Archies and The Hilary Step.
We are 3 guys who are fairly quiet and easy going and we have a cat called Milo who loves attention.
This house has a very low turn around of housemates so we are looking forward to living with someone new for the foreseeable!
