Myself and my friend Rosie are moving into a lovely 3 bedroom house in Chorlton which is a lovely area and close to the centre of Manchester easily accessible by public transport. The street provides parking if you have a car. There are some nice small restaurants and other businesses near by from what we’ve seen so far. The house is 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a lounge and kitchen area. The house also has a front and back garden which is perfect for us as I have a french bulldog called Frankie (she’s adorable).

I’m starting a new job at a private hospital in November which is why I’m moving to this area, I will be working full time during the day Monday to Friday. Rosie is currently looking for work as she is moving from Wales. We’re both really nice people and get along with anyone, both very easy going but also a lot of fun and we’re up for finding someone who can join in on some nights in watching tv and cooking and other fun stuff, also when covid is over we want someone who would wanna socialise with us every now and again. We don’t mind if you’re a mature student / professional but we will be working full time so we want someone who’s equally as chilled and easy going. We don’t mind living with whoever just as long as you’re a nice person !

As I am aware from the landlord, there are to be strictly no smokers. Rent is £300 a month and bills will be coming to a maximum of around £100 each, that’s with everything included. So a total of £400 pcm. Please message me if you wanna ask any questions or are insterested. The moving in date will be around the 6th November.

P. s I’ve met the owners of the house and they’re really lovely, no dealing with arrogant estate agents is always a bonus.
