Me and my boyfriend are currently looking for a new flatmate.
Our current flatmate is moving out so we now have a double room available in our lovely flat, in the heart of Chorlton. The flat is located on Wilbraham road opposite the tram stop so is at the centre of everything and only a 10minute tram from the city centre. We're friendly people, and would respect noise and space. We like to have a drink here and there and are into the outdoors so would be cool if you wanted to join. The rents £250 a month and deposits also £250. Bills aren't included in rent but we usually pay £90 each, which includes council tax.
