EN-SUITE Room Available in Friendly House Share

We currently have a lovely en-suite room in the basement, and a second on the first floor. The house itself was recently refurbished and is in excellent condition.

We have a shared kitchen (with 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier) and shared living room (with a massive TV), there is also a small patio out the back with a place to securely lock bikes. We have two bathrooms shared between five rooms (the other rooms have en-suites). There is a cleaner who comes once a week and cleans the common areas in the house. We have very fast broadband (1/gbps). All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, TV licence and cleaner).

The house is situated in the heart of Chorlton, 2 minutes’ walk from Tesco, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the tram stop and a few seconds walk from the pub.

Those of us who live in the house already are friendly and we socialise together, both in the house and in many of the bars in Chorlton.
