The house is located on the Chorlton/Whalley Range border just a few minutes walk from local bars (Hilary Step, Nip & Tipple and Jam Street), local shops and main bus route (No 86 - very regular to universities and city centre) at the top of Upper Chorlton Road. The action in Chorlton centre and Metrolink Firswood stop (to city centre and Media City) are also an easy walk away.
The room, on the first floor at the back, is quiet and benefits from redecoration, new carpet, new mattrass and new furniture, also a tv aireal point.
