Large double room available near Chorlton park

Hi!

I'm looking for a new housemate as my friend is making the big move and moving in with her boyfriend.

My name is Charlotte, I'm 37 years old and have been renting our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on Whalley Avenue, just off Sandy Lane in Chorlton for 6, almost 7 years.

The room available is the larger room at the front of the house, downstairs is open plan and we have a small yard in the back, on street parking and close to the tram stop. House came as unfurnished, bar a few things, but I have furnished it so the communal areas would technically be furnished. The wardrobe pictured comes with the room.

Rent is £485pm with bills on top which work out around £160 ish a month so total around £645 total pm. The minimum term and contract is 6 months, then a further 6 months and then a rolling contract after that.

Ideal housemate, I just want to find someone I can get on with, someone who likes a clean and tidy house, cooking, going to the pub, bike rides, quiet night in watching a series or film with a glass of wine, the usual.

Move in date is TBC but will probably be in the early New Year.
