Set within walking distance of the chorlton bars, and 5 minutes to the barlowmoor tram stop which gets you straight into town, it really is a great location!
The place is in a quiet block just off Nell Lane, so no through traffic therefore very undisturbed. The apartment itself is spacious for a 2 bed, with a large lounge and kitchen diner area. The lounge has patio doors that lead onto a private enclosed garden that is south west facing so gets all the sun when we have it!
Through the back garden gate leads onto a private and gated carpark. The property has one allocated parking spot, plus there are visitors spots rarely used and plenty of street parking too.
The landlord is good here and usually sorts any issues that arise quickly.
The rent would be £575, including all bills. Also the usual Netflix, amazon prime etc on the TV, plus a great projector for film nights.
A bit about me - I'm 35, my work is split between either home or the office in town Monday to Friday. During the weekday evenings I'll either be cooking, playing football, swimming, watching a series, or cycling when its a bit lighter. I'm also trying to improve on the piano, but do have headphones for it don't worry!
At the weekends I'll either meet up with a few friends, go to a gig, or occasionally have some over for a few drinks. Looking for a fellow roommate to be socialable with, but also happy to do their own thing.
Happy to be flexible on tenancy lengths as is the landlord.
