My flatmate is moving onto pastures new so I'm looking for someone to fill her room in a 2 bed flat in the heart of Chorlton. Ideal for anyone who would like to try out the area before fully committing. The flat is available from the 1st March for 2 months (until the end of the lease).

You'll be sharing the flat with me (Kirstie), 35 year old professional female. I'm really laid back and enjoy having a chat in the evenings. I've lived here for 5 years and absolutely love the area! It's close by to lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, green space and only a 5 min walk to Chorlton tram stop.

Rent is £750pcm and includes all bills. The room comes fully furnished and would suit someone with minimal belongings as there's not loads of storage space in the flat. There will be an available parking spot out the back of the property if you have a car.
