I'm a 38 year old guy, and I rent out two rooms in my house and live in the other one. The other current lodger is in her early 30s and works in publishing.

I've lived here for six years and it’s a great location to live in, as the house is close to Chorlton Water Park, as well as being within walking distance to Beech Road bars/cafes, and Burton Road bars, cafes and shops.

There's also great transport links as the house is close to the Parkway/M56/M60. We're just a 5 minute walk to Princess Parkway and the 101 bus route into central Manchester; as well as being directly on the 23, 23A bus routes between Stockport/Didsbury and the Trafford Centre.

The Barlow Moor Metrolink stop/Hardy Lane Co Op is a five minute walk away and there's decent parking availability outside the house.

The house comes with a Virgin TV package and a decent internet connection. I also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to clean the communal areas.

The room comes with an Ikea storage unit, and a wardrobe can be provided if necessary.
